This Privacy Policy sets out the principles on which your personal data are processed and indicates your rights related to the processing of your personal data in the operation of the venture called „FutureBrain”.

Legal basis
Personal data collected by the Administrator are processed in accordance with the principles set forth
in the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing the Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation on Data Protection), „GDPR”, and under the terms of the Polish Personal Data Protection Act of May 10, 2018 (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000, as amended).
Voluntariness of providing personal data
Providing of personal data is voluntary, however, if you refuse to provide personal data or request their deletion, this may prevent the Administrator from contacting with you, undertake possible cooperation, transfer and exchange of information.
Purposes of personal data processing, types of processed data
As part of its activities, the Administrator collects and processes personal data for the following purposes:
- for the purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator as a Personal Data Controller (Article 6 and cooki sec. 1 no. f of the GDPR), i.e. for the purpose of contact, for the purpose of cooperation, for information purposes, including information about events or activities of the Administrator, for analytical, statistical purposes, and for the purpose of ensuring ICT security related to the use of the http://futurebrain.pl/ website;
- for the purpose of recruiting individuals interested in doing business with the Administrator (Article 6 sec. 1 no. a of the GDPR).
The Administrator collects and processes personal data to the following extent:
- when using the Administrator’s website – see Cookies Policy ;
- when using the contact form: name, surname, e-mail address, company name, telephone number;
- when contacted by telephone, fax or e-mail: first name, last name, e-mail address, company name, telephone number;
- in case of recruiting: first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number.
Protected personal data rights
You have the right to:
- withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time where the legal basis for processing is your consent;
- access your personal data and receive a copy of it;
- rectification of your personal data;
- delete or restrict the processing of your personal data;
- object to the processing of your personal data on the basis of legitimate interest;
- portability of personal data;
- lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection in Poland (address: Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
Transfer of personal data
Recipients of your personal data may be, in particular, entities authorized by law and entities based in the European Union directly or indirectly related to the Administrator, as well as external service providers, accountants, auditors and auditors, lawyers, translators, IT specialists, public administration bodies, state services and courts. In any case, these entities will be obliged to maintain the confidentiality of your personal data and to process it in accordance with data protection regulations.
Your personal data is not transferred to countries outside the European Union.
Your personal data is not subject to profiling.
Period of personal data processing
Your personal data will be processed, depending on the particular purposes and legal basis for processing, respectively:
- until the expiration of limitation periods related to the contract to which the processing of personal data is related;
- until the relevant legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator as a Data Controller related to the processing of specific data are realized;
- until the expiration of deadlines related to the statute of limitations for obligations under the law;
- until such time as an objection is made or consent is withdrawn with respect to the processing of data for information purposes.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
Any changes to the Privacy Policy will be published on the Administrator’s website.
